Before becoming President of Western Creative, Sally was one of the most successful women in the American Powersports industry. She grew a small retail dealership into one of the nation’s largest powersports operations.
As a successful woman in a “man’s” industry, she quickly learned to draw her own map. She focused on finding innovative ways to market and operate her business – a skill she has honed for decades. Both in her previous work and her role at Western, when everyone is going in one direction, Sally chooses to take the other way.
At WCi, she wears a number of leadership hats. This includes head of Human Resources and Finance, as well as company-event-planner-extraordinaire. She ensures the team runs smoothly, while recognizing the need for the occasional relief from a fast-paced environment. At the same time, she is constantly examining ways to improve company efficiency, with a keen, experienced eye on the bottom line.
